1 stick butter
6 oz. chocolate bits (semi-sweet)
1 c. peanut butter
8 c. Rice Chex
2 c. confectioners' sugar
1 can cocktail peanuts

Melt butter and chocolate bits. Add peanut butter and mix thoroughly. Pour this mixture over Rice Chex and peanuts; mix. Cool slightly. Take large paper bag and put confectioners' sugar in it. Add to this your cereal and peanut mixture. Shake bag until peanuts and cereal are coated. Store in air-tight container. Great snack for kids.
