1 c. shortening
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. granulated sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix. Then add: 2 c. oatmeal 2 c. corn flakes

Drop by teaspoonful on cookie sheet and bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.
