ROCKY ROAD BROWNIES
 

1 pkg. Betty Crocker Fudge Brownie Mix Supreme
1/4 c. water
3 eggs

ROCKY ROAD TOPPING:

1 (4 oz.) bar sweet cooking chocolate
1/4 c. butter
1 c. powdered sugar
1 egg, slightly beaten
2 1/2 c. miniature marshmallows
1 c. salted peanuts

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease bottom only of oblong pan 13 x 9 x 2 inches. Blend brownie mix, chocolate flavor syrup, water and eggs with spoon. Spread in pan. Bake 25 to 30 minutes. Cool.

ROCKY ROAD TOPPING: Heat chocolate and butter in 3-quart saucepan over low heat, stirring constantly, until chocolate is melted. Remove from heat. Stir in powdered sugar and egg. Beat until smooth. Stir in marshmallows and peanuts. Spread rocky road topping over bars. Refrigerate at least 2 hours. Cut into bars. Store covered in refrigerator.
