Lightly grease 9 x 13 pan. Line with a layer of Club crackers. Salt side up. 1/4 c. milk 2/3 c. white sugar 1 stick butter
Bring to boil. Boil for 4 minutes. Pour cooked mixture over crackers in pan. Add another layer of crackers. 1/2 c. butterscotch chips 1/2 c. chocolate chips
Melt together and frost on crackers. Refrigerate.
