BROWNIES: 1/2 c. butter 1 c. sugar 4 eggs 1 c. flour 1 c. (12 oz.) Hershey's syrup 1 c. nuts (optional) Beat all brownie ingredients together. Pour into a greased 13 x 9 inch pan. (Do not flour). Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes, or until center is done. ICING: 1/2 stick butter (1/4 c.) 2 tbsp. cocoa 3 tbsp. milk 1/2 box confectioners' sugar For icing, melt butter in a saucepan. Add cocoa and milk. Bring to a boil, then beat in 1/2 box of confectioners' sugar. Ice when brownies are almost cool. |
