RANSDELL RANCH SOFT CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES
Cream well: 1 lb. butter, soft Add and mix: 4 eggs 1 tbsp. honey Mix by hand and add: 1 scant tbsp. baking soda 1 scant tbsp. salt Add and mix: 1 lg. pkg. chocolate chips Optional add: Drop by spoonfuls on Teflon cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.
