1 1/2 c. flour 1 c. sugar 3/4 tsp. cinnamon 1/2 tsp. soda 1 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. nutmeg 3/4 c. shortening 1 egg beaten 1 c. mashed bananas 1 3/4 c. quick oats 1 c. chocolate chips Mix dry ingredients together, cut in shortening until mixture is crumbly. Add egg, bananas, and oats; mix well. Add chocolate chips and mix. Bake at 350 degrees for 12 to 15 minutes. |
