1 1/4 stick butter
1 box yellow or chocolate cake mix
3 c. miniature marshmallows
3 c. Cheerios cereal
1 lg. pkg. chocolate chips
1 can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Put butter in jelly roll pan. Put in oven to melt. Add dry cake mix and mix with butter. Add marshmallows, Cheerios, and chocolate chips. Pour sweetened condensed milk over all. Bake in 350 degree oven for 20-25 minutes.
