1 lb. pecan halves
1 egg white
1 tsp. cold water
1/2 c. white sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Beat egg white and water until frothy, but not stiff. Add pecans and mix until all nuts are coated.
Mix sugar, salt and cinnamon together. Add nuts and mix thoroughly. Place in a buttered 10x15 cookie sheet with sides. Bake in a 225 degree oven for one hour, stirring every 15 minutes. Makes a wonderful Christmas gift.
