COOKIES LEMON WHIPPER SNAPS
 

1 pkg. lemon cake mix
1 egg
1/2 c. powdered sugar, sifted
1 (4 1/2 oz.) carton frozen whipped topping, thawed (2 cups)

Grease cookie sheets. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine cake mix, whipped topping and egg in a large bowl; stir until well mixed. Drop by teaspoon into powdered sugar; roll to coat. Place 1 1/2 inches apart on cookie sheets. Bake until light brown, about 10 to 15 minutes. Remove from cookie sheets to cool. Makes about 4 dozen.
