1 c. peanut butter 1 3/4 c. powdered sugar 1/4 tsp. salt 2 tbsp. water 1/2 c. butter 3/4 tbsp. brown sugar 1 (6 oz.) bag chocolate chips 2 tbsp. oil Combine first 6 ingredients with water in large bowl beating until well blended and mixture forms a ball. Pat into 8 x 8 inch pan smoothing top. Melt remaining ingredients together in double boiler. Spread smoothly over peanut butter mixture cool, and cut in squares. |
