Preheat oven to 350 degrees. 9 x 13 inch pan. Yield 50 bars.
Prepare brownie mix as directed on box, add 1/2 cup nuts. Spread evenly in pan. Mix graham cracker crumbs, condensed milk and chocolate chips and 1/2 cup nuts. Mix will be stiff and sticky. Drop by spoonfuls on top of unbaked brownies. Spread as evenly as possible. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-45 minutes. Cool.
Frost with icing made from 10X sugar, butter, vanilla and milk.
Melt the unsweetened chocolate and 2 tablespoons butter over low heat in saucepan. Drizzle over the icing - tilt pan back and forth until all is glazed.
