Bananas, cut into quarters Oranges, sliced Pears, sliced Peaches, sliced Canned pineapple chunks Cantaloupe, cut into chunks Strawberries DIP: 2/3 c. sugar 3 tbsp. flour 2 eggs, beaten 2 tbsp. salad oil 3 tbsp. lemon juice 4 tbsp. orange juice 1 c. pineapple juice 1/2 c. heavy cream, whipped Clean and prepare fruit and place in clear bowl or on a large serving platter. Prepare dip: Combine sugar and flour in top of double boiler; add remaining items except whipped cream. Cook until thickened, stirring constantly. When cool, fold in whipped cream. Makes 2 cups of dip. |
