MUSHROOM TERIYAKI
 

1 lb. mushrooms, sliced
1/2 c. teriyaki sauce
1/2 c. sherry
4 tbsp. butter
Parsley

Marinate mushrooms in teriyaki sauce with sherry for at least an hour or a whole day. Saute mushrooms in butter and sauce for 5 minutes. Garnish with parsley and serve on toasted bread points.
