FLOUR TORTILLA CHIPS
 

1 (24 oz.) jar peanut oil
Flour tortillas

Pour about 2 inches of oil in heavy skillet. Heat oil so when dropping in a small piece of tortilla it will dance around the skillet. Cut tortillas in 2 x 3 inch strips. Drop in hot fat, turn once and remove. They cook very fast. Drain on paper towel. Can be stored in Ziploc plastic bag.
