1 (16 oz.) can refried beans 1 1/2 c. shredded cheese (Monterey Jack or Cheddar) 1 c. guacamole 1 (16 oz.) carton sour cream 1 (12 oz.) jar salsa 1 1/2 c. shredded lettuce 1 c. chopped tomato 1 med. onion, finely chopped 1/4 c. sliced jalapenos (more if you like it hot!) Nacho chips
In clear glass pie plate, layer in the following order:
Bottom: refried beans, sour cream, 1/2 of the cheese, guacamole, other 1/2 of the cheese, onion, salsa, lettuce, tomatoes.
Sprinkle with jalapenos. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Serve with Nacho chips.
