24 oz. pkg. frozen potato wedges 2 c. (8 oz.) shredded American or Cheddar cheese 1 c. cooked, crumbled bacon 1/4 c. sliced green onion Heat oven according to package directions. Layer potatoes in single layer on cookie sheet. Bake according to package directions. Immediately sprinkle with cheese, bacon and onion, continue baking for 1-2 minutes or until cheese is melted. Serve warm. Yield: 10-12 servings. |
