SPINACH DIP
 

1 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped spinach
1 pkg. Knorr Leek soup mix
1 sm. handful dried parsley
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. sour cream
1 round pumpernickle bread, can order from local bakery

1. Prepare spinach according to package directions, drain thoroughly.

2. Mix together leek soup mix, parsley, mayonnaise and sour cream. After completely mixed add spinach and stir well. Chill.
