1 (10 1/2 oz.) can minced clams 8 oz. cream cheese 1/2 tsp. onion salt 1 tsp. Worcestershire Few drops of hot pepper sauce Few sprigs parsley, chopped Juice of 1/2 lemon Drain clams, reserving liquid. Beat together 1/4 cup liquid, clams and remaining ingredients. Serve as dip for potato chips or crisp crackers. Makes 2 cups. |
