1 c. mayonnaise
1 1/2 c. sour cream
1 pkg. Knorr vegetable soup mix
1 (10 oz.) frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained

Mix well and chill. Serve with vegetables or in a round bread shell with remaining bread chunked to dip.
