HUMMUS DIP
 

2 c. cooked garbanzo beans
1/2 c. tahini (sesame seed butter)
Juice of 1 lemon
3 cloves garlic, finely minced
3 tbsp. parsley, finely minced
Salt to taste
1 tsp. chili powder
1 tbsp. cumin
3 tbsp. paprika
3 caps full of soy sauce
Small amount of flavored vinegar (optional)

In food processor blender, combine and pour ingredients in order listed. Serve immediately.

Serves 10 to 20 people. (Also great as a snack.)
