SPINACH DIP
 

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 (8 oz.) sour cream or imo
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen spinach, thawed and well drained
1 pkg. Knorr's vegetable soup mix
1 (8 oz.) can water chestnuts

Mix all ingredients in food processor or by hand. Serve with crackers or vegetables.

This amount will fill one small round French bread loaf. Most are brown and serve. Bake as directed, hollow out and fill with dip. Dip freezes well.
