3 lbs. Velveeta cheese, cubed 2 (4 oz.) cans diced green chilies 1 (10 oz.) size can spiced stewed tomatoes, drained & diced 2 tbsp. chopped onion 1/2 tsp. onion salt 3 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce If hot dip is desired, Tabasco to taste Combine all ingredients in double boiler. Cook until cheese is melted and smooth. Serve warm with taco chips. This dip is a great do ahead party idea. Freezes well. Keep on hand for drop in guests, heats in minutes. Also makes omelettes special or pour over a hamburger party for a different change of pace. |
