BAKED BOLOGNA HORS D'OEURVE
 

12 oz. Kosher bologna or a lg. fat Kosher bologna for a crowd
Barbecue sauce

Slice bologna thin, but not all the way through. Brush with the barbecue sauce. Bake small bologna at 300 degrees for 2 to 3 hours or until crusty but not burnt. A large bologna takes 3 to 4 hours at 300 degrees. Baste with sauce occasionally. May be reheated. Serve with a variety of mustards and bread.
