1 1/2 c. sour cream 3/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese 1 tbsp. olive oil sauce 1/2 c. mayonnaise sauce 2 tbsp. lemon juice 1 tbsp. grated onion 2 tbsp. chopped parsley 4 tsp. prepared pesto 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce Salt & pepper to taste Combine all ingredients. Chill at least 2 hours. Use as a dip with mixed vegetables, shrimp or chips. Makes about 2 1/2 cups. |
