CAROL'S CON QUESO
 

1 pkg. (2 lb.) pasteurized processed cheese
1 c. ground beef
1 lg. clove garlic, crushed
3/4 c. finely chopped onion
1 can (10 oz.) bean dip
3 cans (4 oz. each) chopped green chili or
1 c. hot salsa

Melt cheese in double boiler or fondue pan. Brown beef with crushed garlic. Drain off grease and add to cheese. Add onion, bean dip and green chili to cheese. Stir occasionally. Keep warm and serve with chips. Serves 20.
