CRAB MEAT FONDUE
 

3 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. mustard
Dash cayenne pepper
3/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
3 c. milk
1/2 lb. grated sharp cheese, 2 c.
2 (8 oz.) pkg. frozen crab meat, thawed and well drained

In chafing dish or double boiler, over simmering water, melt butter. Gradually stir in flour, salt, mustard, cayenne, Worcestershire, then milk. Cook, while stirring, until thickened and smooth.

Add cheese; cook, stirring until melted. Gently fold in crab meat chunks. Heat, stirring occasionally, until hot.

Serve in a fondue dish. Guest dunk crisp crackers or Melba toast into crab meat mixture. Serves 8.
