FROZEN STRAWBERRY MOLD
 

1 lg. pkg. strawberry Jello
1 lg. pkg. frozen strawberries
2 (8 oz.) cans crushed pineapple
1/2 c. chopped pecans or walnuts
1/2 pt. sour cream

Allow strawberries to defrost slightly by placing package in a bowl of hot water while mixing Jello. Dissolve Jello in 1 cup boiling water. Add drained pineapple juice to total 1 1/2 cups mixture. Stir in slightly frozen strawberries and juice.

Set in refrigerator 15 to 30 minutes until partially set. Whisk sour cream until smooth. Add to partially set Jello: completely drained pineapple and sour cream. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
