PARTY TREE
 

(This is something I use at Christmas hors d'oeuvre parties or graduation receptions)

12 to 15" styrofoam cone covered with tin foil
Floral tape (clay) to secure cone to plate or tray
Fresh parsley to cover cone (use straight pins to secure it to the cone)
Round toothpicks

Jumbo stuffed green olives, jumbo ripe olives
Small cream cheese/pineapple nut balls
Small Swedish meatballs, hamballs
Cubes of various kinds of cheese
Shrimp (with cocktail sauce)
Smoked oysters
Small cherry tomatoes (with one at the top)
Sweet and sour cocktail wieners
Bacon-wrapped water chestnuts; some barbecued
Cheese puffs
Marinated herring, drained
