18 oz. peanut butter 2 c. graham cracker crumbs 3 1/2 c. confectioners' sugar 1 tsp. vanilla 2 sticks butter 12 oz. chocolate chips 1/2 of one sq. of canning wax Melt butter and combine with the rest of the ingredients, except the chocolate chips and wax. Hand mix well. Shape into 1 inch balls. Melt the chocolate chips and wax in a double boiler. Dip the balls in the melted chocolate and set them on wax paper to harden. Refrigerate if desired. |
