10 oz. pkg. frozen chopped spinach 1 1/2 c. sour cream 1 c. mayonnaise 1 pkg. Knorr's soup mix 8 oz. can water chestnuts, chopped 3 chopped green onions Thaw and squeeze spinach until dry. Stir together spinach, sour cream, mayonnaise, Knorr's soup mix, chestnuts, and onions. Blend well. Cover, refrigerate two hours. Stir before serving. |
