 The allure of tuna is unmistakable as demand for the fish as an entrée increases. Try tuna with a fresh plum tomato salsa. 4 tbsp. balsamic vinegar 1 clove garlic, minced 1 tbsp. olive oil 2 tbsp. orange marmalade 2 plum tomatoes, diced 1/2 sweet onion, diced 4 tuna steaks, cut 3/4 inch thick Preheat oven to 450°F. Place steaks in baking dish sprayed with nonstick cooking spray. Bake for 6 to 8 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork. Meanwhile, heat oil in skillet over medium-high heat.
