BENNETT'S BEAN DIP

Three items from Mexican aisle:

large can refried beans
jar salsa
taco seasoning mix

Three things from dairy aisle:

small soft cream cheese
14 oz sour cream
2 cups shredded Mexican blend cheese

Preheat oven to 350°F. Mix all of the above in large bowl (hold back 1/2 cup shredded cheese). Top with 1/2 cup shredded cheese. Pour into casserole dish.

Bake uncovered for one hour.

Serve with tortilla chips or fresh veggies!
