PEANUT BUTTER PEACH CRISP
 

1 (16 oz.) can peach or pear slices
3 tbsp. flour
3 tbsp. brown sugar
3 tbsp. quick-cooking rolled oats
1/8 tsp. ground cinnamon
2 tbsp. creamy peanut butter
1 tbsp. butter
Vanilla ice cream

Drain the peaches or pears and place in a 1 quart casserole dish. Using a fork, stir flour, brown sugar, oats and cinnamon until mixed well. Add the peanut butter and butter and mix with a fork until it is crumbly. Use your fingers to sprinkle the crumb mixture over the peaches or pears. Bake the casserole at 375 degrees for 20 minutes. Serve warm with vanilla ice cream. Serves 4-6.
