Place half of vanilla wafers flat side up on ungreased cookie sheet. Top each with a peppermint patty. Place in 350 degree oven for about 1 minute or just until chocolate begins to soften. Sprinkle each with 1/2 teaspoon tinted coconut. (In small screw top jar combine few drops water and green food coloring. Add coconut, cover and shake until tinted.)
Top with another vanilla wafer. Press gently. Brush top of wafers just enough with water to moisten so sesame seed will stick. Sprinkle with little sesame seed and serve.
