BATTER FOR CORN DOGS
 

1 c. pancake mix
1/2 c. yellow cornmeal
1 egg, beaten
3/4 c. milk

Stir together. Dip franks into batter. Fry in deep hot fat. Brown on all sides.

DIP:

3/4 c. catsup
2 tbsp. mustard
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
