LIME YOGURT DESSERT
 

1 c. boiling water
1 (3 oz.) pkg. lime-flavored gelatin
4-6 ice cubes
1 (8 oz.) carton lime-flavored yogurt (1 c.)

Pour boiling water over gelatin in large bowl; stir until gelatin is dissolved. Add ice cubes; stir until gelatin begins to thicken. Remove any remaining unmelted ice.

Add yogurt; beat with hand beater until smooth. Pour into dessert dishes or parfait glasses. Refrigerate until firm, about 45 minutes. Serve with dollop of whipped cream on each and top with maraschino cherry. 5 to 6 servings.
