1 c. flour
1 1/2 c. salt
1 tsp. cream of tartar
Food coloring
1 c. water
1 tbsp. oil

Mix together all ingredients over low heat until thick. Knead with hands until smooth.

2 tbsp. cornstarch
1 c. cold water

Mix to smooth consistency. Cook until clean and pudding thickness. Add poster paint or other coloring while warm.
