1 jar strained baby food (beef)
1/4 c. sm. bird seed or
Moistened cat chow or
Canned dog food

Form mixture into small pellets (dip quickly in water if very dry) and gently place in back of throat with blunt tweezers. Remember - before caring for baby wild animals you must be sure of the permanent absence of the mother. This can mean several hours of careful, quiet observation. Also, be aware that specific country, state and federal regulations exist governing possession and care of wild animals.
