2 c. drained, canned fruit of your choice
1 med. size banana, cut into chunks
1 (6 oz.) container pineapple yogurt or any flavor
6 to 8 sm. paper cups
6 to 8 wooden ice cream sticks
Mix fruit on high speed in blender. Blend fruit until finely chopped or pureed. Add banana and yogurt; blend until smooth. Pour about 1/3 cup of the mixture in each paper cup. Cover each cup with a piece of plastic wrap or foil, fasten to the cup with rubber band around the top of each and push in a stick. Freeze for about 3 hours or until hard.
To serve, run warm water over paper cup for a few seconds. Push the bottom up to free the cup.
