TUNA SANDWICH FILLING
 

1 can tuna (6 1/2-7 oz.), drained & flaked
1 c. cottage cheese
2 hard boiled eggs, chopped
1 lg. tomatoes, chopped
1/4 c. chopped celery
2 green onions, sliced
1/2 c. shredded natural Cheddar cheese
1/3 c. mayonnaise
1 tsp. lemon pepper
Marinade
1/4 tsp. salt
Fresh alfalfa sprouts
Bread toasted & buttered

In mixing bowl combine first 7 ingredients. Stir together mayonnaise, lemon pepper, marinade and salt; fold into tuna mixture. Cover and chill until ready to use.
