1 lb. ground beef 1 med. onion, chopped 1 c. grated cheese 4 to 5 med. potatoes 1 can cream of mushroom soup Brown ground beef and onions together, then drain. Put in bottom of 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Sprinkle cheese on top of meat. Peel and slice potatoes (short or thin) and place on cheese. Heat soup and 1 can of water together until mixed well. Pour over potatoes. Bake at 400 degrees until potatoes are tender or until golden brown. |
