1 lb. crabmeat 1/4 c. mayonnaise 1/2 c. sour cream 3 hard-boiled eggs, chopped finely 1/2 tsp. mustard 1/2 tsp. horseradish Salt and pepper to taste Mix ingredients and place in buttered casserole; top lightly with cracker crumbs and dot with butter. Bake at 350 degrees until brown, about 40 minutes. Use 1 quart casserole. Serves 4 or 5. |
