BAYOU BLEND CASSEROLE
 

2 c. cooked rice
1 lb. cooked shrimp, or sm. can of shrimp
1 can crab meat
1/2 lb. ground pork sausage, browned and drained
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
8 oz. jar jalapeno Cheez Whiz

Mix all of above ingredients together. Heat in oven or microwave until heated through. Serve with green salad and garlic bread.
