8 oz. egg noodles, cooked 2 lbs. ground beef 2 sm. bell peppers, chopped 2 onions, chopped 2 tsp. curry powder 1 lg. or 2 med. cans mushrooms 1 (#2) can English peas, undrained 20 oz. tomato juice 1 tsp. salt 1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce 1/2 bottle chili sauce 1 c. Cheddar or daisy cheese, grated Brown meat, onions, peppers and curry powder in large skillet or Dutch oven. Add other ingredients except cheese. Place in 4 quart casserole and sprinkle cheese on top. Bake 45 minutes at 300 degrees. Serves 8 to 10. |
