MACARONI CASSEROLE
 

10 oz. pasta - shells, elbows, etc.
1/3 c. chopped onion
1 clove garlic, minced
1/8 tsp. pepper
3 c. prepared spaghetti sauce
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
1/3 c. chopped green pepper
1/2 tsp. oregano
2 c. ground beef
2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese (8 oz.)

Cook pasta according to package directions. Meanwhile, in large skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat. Brown ground beef. Add spaghetti sauce, Cheddar cheese and oregano. Mix well. Add onion, pepper, garlic to creamed mixture, blending thoroughly. Pour over pasta. Heat thoroughly in oven. Sprinkle on Parmesan cheese.
