SWIRL TOP CASSEROLE
 

1/4 c. butter
4 tbsp. flour
2 c. milk
2 hard boiled eggs
1 tsp. prepared mustard
1 chicken, cooked and cut into bite-size pieces (or about 3 c. diced chicken)
1/4 tsp. minced onion
1/4 tsp. celery salt
1/2 c. chopped olives (adjust measurement to your liking of olives)

TOPPING:

2 c. Bisquick prepared according to package for biscuits
3/4 c. grated cheese

Melt butter in saucepan. Mix in flour until smooth; gradually add milk and stir until mixture boils and thickens. Remove from heat and gently fold in remaining ingredients.

Pour into 2-quart casserole dish. Prepare biscuits; roll out to 1/4- inch thick. Sprinkle with cheese and roll up like jelly roll. Cut into 1/2-inch slices and place on top of casserole. Bake at 400 degrees until brown. Serves 6 with seconds or 8 single servings.
