2 lbs. broccoli 2 c. rice 2 cans mushroom soup 1/2 c. celery 1/2 c. onion 1/4 c. butter 1 lb. Velveeta cheese, melted 11 x 15 inch greased casserole dish Cook broccoli heads until tender. Cook rice according to package directions. Combine in large bowl. Saute celery and onions in butter. Add to broccoli and rice. Pour undiluted mushroom soup and melted Velveeta cheese over rice mixture and mix well. Place in greased casserole dish. Cover and bake 30 minutes. Serves 10. |
