HAMBURGER CASSEROLE
 

1 lb. hamburger
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can tomatoes
1 med. onion
1 med. bell pepper (optional)
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. macaroni, cooked and drained
1 1/4 c. grated Cheddar cheese

Brown hamburger, onions and bell pepper in skillet, drain off fat. Place in deep casserole dish. Add cream of mushroom soup, tomatoes, salt and macaroni. Add half of grated cheese to mixture, sprinkle remaining cheese on top of casserole.

Bake in 350 degree oven for 20 to 25 minutes.
