2 cans whole chili 2 cans diced chili 1 lg. can evaporated milk 6 eggs 2 tbsp. flour Salt and pepper 1 sm. can El Pato sauce 1 sm. can tomato sauce 1 c. cheddar cheese 1 c. Jack cheese Line pan with whole chili. layer cheese and diced chili. Beat eggs; add flour and milk and pour into pan. Bake 25 minutes and add sauce. Bake 10 minutes more. |
